Estate Liquidation Fundamentals is designed primarily for people preparing to start an estate liquidation business. The course focuses on the practical process of conducting estate sales. It does not cover business formation, registration, or other requirements for establishing a business in your location.

• Seven self-paced online sessions

Associate Membership

After successfully completing the course and final examination, participants receive their initial year of ASEL Associate Membership and an Associate Membership certificate.

Associate Membership provides access to applicable member benefits, use of the Associate Membership logo in accordance with ASEL’s logo usage requirements, and eligibility for a public Find a Liquidator listing when the listing is enabled.

Membership renews annually at the applicable rate, currently $99 per year. Membership must remain active and in good standing to continue receiving member benefits, use the ASEL membership logo, and appear in the Find a Liquidator directory.
