Accredited Membership is available to experienced estate liquidators with at least five years of professional experience, a substantial record of estate sale activity, and a demonstrated commitment to the estate liquidation industry.

The estate sale record should include dates and general locations. Client names and sale numbers are not required. Applications and supporting materials are reviewed by ASEL before acceptance.
Applicants must submit a 750–900-word Industry Perspective Statement responding to one of the subjects below. The statement should explain the applicant’s perspective, provide specific examples, and consider the topic’s effects on the estate liquidation industry.

Membership must remain active and in good standing to maintain member benefits, use the ASEL membership logo, hold the Accredited Estate Liquidator designation, and appear in the Find a Liquidator directory.
